Large 19"dia Fused Glass Bowl

This bowl is made with fused glass components that were made using various different fusing techniques. The components were then sawed up into smaller parts and fused together using a flow technique and firing schedule that uses gravitation under extreme heat (1500F+) to create the unique flow patterns. The bowl is made of food-safe Bullseye artisan glass, and is displayed on a hand-forged steel stand which is part of the installation set.
