This bowl was made using the glass FLOW technique : it is composed of fused glass components that were made using various different fusing techniques. The sawed-up components were then arranged and fused together using a flow technique with special firing schedules and considerations, using gravitation under extreme heat (1500F+) to create the unique flow patterns. The bowl is made with food-safe Bullseye artisan glass, and is displayed on a hand-forged steel stand which is part of the installation (sold as a set).
