This beauty is one of our Ikat watercolor series vases using our own studio made Murrine.
This unique piece has a great looking "eyed" design on both sides . It looks different all the way around and it has movement and lightness to it, but It has some weight so it's great for flower arrangements.
Murrina (common pluralization murrine) is an Italian term for colored patterns or images made in a glass cane (long rods of glass) that are revealed when cut in cross-sections.
