I started this painting as Plein Aire, finishing with photos taken at the same daylight hour. This lake is a small man make one in the heart of the Pennsylvania Pocono Mountains, adjacent to Lake Wallenpaupack. I loved the lush greens contrasting with the blue of the water. People with youngsters were fishing off the dock at any time of day. Grandpa and grandson are here in this view. The name Tanglwood, indeed, has no "e". It was beautifully framed by Canal Frames and Crafts Gallery.
