Your Chanukah celebration will be alive with this festive, primary color, hand crafted stained glass geometric Hanukiah... aka a menorah. Red, orange, yellow, green and blue!
Geometric circles in red, orange, yellow and green are mounted on a wonderful cobalt blue background. The glass is primarily solid in nature, showing off the colors without a great deal of light needed for highlight.
Constructed using the copper foil method of stained glass production, the solder seams are tinted to a black tone. The candle cups are firmly adhered to the reverse side of the menorah and are of an antique brass color. The menorah measures 9" in width and stands 5 1/4" tall.
This is a kosher Chanukah menorah as it has eight candles arranged in a level, straight line, not giving added value to any one day of the holiday. The exception is the shamash or “attendant” candle used to kindle the others.
This Hanukiah is intended for use. Feel free to allow your candles to drip on the glass and solder seams. After use, soak your menorah in warm water, gently peel any extra wax. With a soft cloth, rub the wax residue into the solder seams. This wax will polish and prevent oxidation of the metal.
